Restaurant Katze
The design goal for Restaurant Katze was to create a versatile space that could serve up to 250 guests for breakfast and transform into a relaxed, informal venue in the evening. The design needed to accommodate various activities, from enjoying sports broadcasts to socializing over a meal.
Design Features
The restaurant uses extensive wooden wall panels and muted lighting sources to create a cosy and welcoming environment. The space is designed to efficiently handle a large number of guests during breakfast hours, ensuring smooth service and a pleasant dining experience.
In the evening, the restaurant shifts to a more relaxed atmosphere, ideal for guests to watch sports, socialize, and enjoy meals from a specially developed menu. A distinctive feature of the restaurant is a wall with shelves for climbing plants and a library with books available for guests, enhancing the cosy and cultured ambience.
